Monthly Meetings
Meetings are held 10 months out of the year. A holiday party is held in the month of December and the annual picnic and acution is held in the month of July.

Meetings are held at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 101 E 38th St in Tacoma Washington.
Meetings include a program, a "show and tell" table for members to bring plants they have in bloom for others to enjoy, a sale table at which members may sell their plants or orchid related items, and a refreshment break during which intense visiting about orchids is the norm.
